Information you choose to provide
The website does not contain an online enquiry form. If you use an email link, Heliovulcan receives the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation, project description and high-level energy information.
Please do not send confidential engineering files, personal information about other people, commercially sensitive data or credentials during the initial first-look enquiry. Heliovulcan will request and agree any additional information separately if a scoped engagement proceeds.
How enquiry information is used
Information you provide may be used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the project fits the F1-F4 Pre-DD workflow, prepare a proposed scope, maintain a record of the discussion and meet legal or professional obligations.
Heliovulcan does not sell personal information or use enquiry information for unrelated advertising.
Website hosting and technical records
This is a static website hosted through GitHub Pages. The site does not intentionally set advertising cookies or operate its own visitor analytics. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical records such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL for security and service operation under their own policies.
Email and third-party services
Website email links open your chosen email service and messages are processed by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Documents linked from the site may also be delivered through hosting infrastructure. Those providers apply their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, a resulting engagement, record-keeping or legal requirements. Reasonable care is taken, but email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information Heliovulcan holds about you, request correction, or ask for deletion where no legal or business reason requires retention. Send the request to the same email address used for website enquiries.
Changes
This notice may be updated if the website adds forms, analytics, cookies or other services. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
For a 20-minute project screen, send only non-confidential, high-level project information. Do not attach detailed engineering, personal or commercially sensitive files unless their handling has been discussed first.
